Terms & Conditions: Book three hours of care, get two of those hours free
Terms & Conditions
- The in-home care you book via Elunow is supplied by independent caregivers, not by us. We are only responsible for arranging and concluding your booking.
- When you pay for in-home care from our independent caregivers through www.elunow.com or our app, we collect and receive your payment on behalf of the relevant caregiver in our capacity as their commercial agent. In this event, our successful receipt of your payment will discharge your debt to the caregiver for the in-home care provided.
- The offer applies to anyone who registers on www.elunow.com and books and pays for three hours of in-home care between now and March 30th, 2021.
- Offer applies to any in-home care booked and paid for via www.elunow.com
- Elunow UK will refund the cost of two hours of in-home care booked via www.elunow.com, made as part of any single booking of three hours. We will make the refund after the booking is concluded and we have received confirmation from the relevant caregiver that the booking has taken place.
- The contract for the in-home care is made directly between you and the relevant caregiver. We are not liable for the service you receive. However, please do let us know if you encounter a problem or if the care you receive falls short of your expectations and we’ll do our best to help.
- Please check all details and any restrictions relating to the in-home thoroughly with the caregiver before booking.
- You may cancel a booking provided the booking is not due to take place in the next 24 hours. The offer is only applicable if you rebook within one week (7 days).
- The offer may not be combined with other special offers, discounts or promotions (including promotional codes).
- The offer is only available for one booking of three hours. The offer may only be redeemed one per client.
- The offer is only open to residents in the UK.
- The offer is available for a limited time only and subject to change without notice.
